Scope and contact
This launch Acceptable Use Policy applies to Slick.cards content and activity. Operator information and launch status appear above. Report abuse, infringement or security concerns to abuse@slick.cards.
Lawful and honest use
Do not use Slick.cards for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, scams or deceptive claims. Do not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, products or the destination of a link or QR code.
Respect people and rights
Do not publish threats, targeted harassment or material that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights. Obtain permission to use other people contact details, images, logos and other protected content. Do not use public cards or relationship tools to expose private information without authority.
Protect accounts and infrastructure
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or permission checks, steal session credentials, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt service, or distribute harmful code. Do not use scraping or automation in ways that evade access controls, overload the service or unlawfully harvest personal information.
Referrals and affiliate activity
Do not self-refer, create deceptive accounts, manipulate attribution, manufacture qualifying transactions or conceal fraudulent activity to obtain credits or commissions. Do not describe an affiliate relationship or discount inaccurately.
Public cards, QR codes and external content
Do not redirect QR visitors to deceptive or harmful destinations. These rules apply to content you upload, link or embed as well as information displayed directly on your card. Review third-party destinations periodically.
Review and enforcement
Slick.cards may investigate reports, restrict content, review referrals or commissions, and suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security threats, illegal activity, infringement, referral or affiliate manipulation, or material Terms violations. Immediate suspension is permitted when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of users or the service.
We may preserve information or make disclosures as reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or disputes, consistent with the Privacy Policy. Contact abuse@slick.cards to report a concern or provide relevant information about an enforcement decision. No fixed warning, appeal or response period is promised, and not every prohibited behavior is automatically detected.
