Archiving a card

Archive with care

Workspace owners and admins can archive cards. Use the archive action and enter the confirmation requested by the interface. The current confirmation asks you to type DELETE.

What changes

Archiving removes the card from active use and stops normal public access. This is an archive operation, not a promise of permanent data erasure. Previously downloaded contacts or shared images may remain with their recipients.
