Affiliate commission basics

Qualifying activity

The system evaluates referred paid invoices, referral eligibility and affiliate status. A registration or trial alone is not a cash payout. Commission percentage and qualifying duration are account-specific.

Holds and adjustments

Current invoice processing sets a 30-day hold before eligible commissions can mature to payable. A hold expiring does not guarantee payment that day. Commissions may be denied or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, ineligible referrals, manipulation or transactions that cease qualifying.

Avoid abuse

Self-referrals, artificial accounts, manufactured transactions, attribution manipulation, fraud and deceptive promotion are prohibited. Participation may be suspended or terminated for abuse or Terms violations. Legitimately earned payable commissions are not automatically forfeited solely because participation ends unless another valid denial or reversal basis applies. See the Affiliate Terms.
