Team member roles

Workspace access

Owners and admins can manage workspace tools such as team membership and billing. Members have a narrower set of dashboard tools.

Card access

Card permissions include owner, editor and viewer, with a separate publishing permission where applicable. An editor may need approval to publish. Give people the least access they need.

Platform administration is separate from being a workspace owner or admin.
