Email Signature setup

Copy a signature into your email application.

Build your signature

Open the card sharing tools and Email Signature. Choose the details to include, such as name, role, company, contact links, card link and QR code.

Copy and install

Use Copy signature for rich content, or Copy HTML if your email tool accepts HTML. Paste into your email application signature settings and save. Gmail exposes signatures in its full settings; Outlook and Apple Mail have signature settings for each account.

Send a test

Email a test message to another account and check images and links. Email applications can change formatting or block remote images. Images and QR links need public HTTPS URLs.
